Invoices go out weekly with labor broken out by task and materials passed through at cost, receipts attached. If your accounting team wants ACH, we're set up for it.
Bid structure matches the job. Defined scopes get fixed pricing. Rolling maintenance and rehab work runs on documented T&M under a master service agreement, so you can start work without re-bidding every task.
