Decades of Colorado winters left the metal stair systems across four buildings with heavy rust, flaking galvanization, and failing concrete steps. Under a master service agreement with Fulton Management, our crew ground and treated every stringer and rail, removed the failed steps, and rebuilt the finish in Sherwin-Williams Pro Industrial pre-catalyzed epoxy.

The billing ran the way commercial billing should: weekly invoices with labor detailed by building and task, materials at cost with receipts attached, and an on-site PM running the job daily.
