Sanctuaries, gyms, classrooms, fellowship halls, and hallways that see thousands of footsteps a week. We paint around your services and your school calendar, and we put scopes in writing that a board or committee can actually vote on.
Scheduling
A church can't cancel Sunday. A school can't move finals week. So the schedule bends toward you: summer break windows for classroom wings, weekday phases that keep Sunday spotless, and evening or weekend crews when a space can't go offline at all.
High ceilings, pews, sound equipment, and gym floors all get protected and documented before a single can opens. The same named crew works your building start to finish, with an on-site lead your facility manager can talk to directly.
For gyms, kitchens, and mechanical rooms we also run epoxy floor systems and acid stain concrete, which usually beats replacing worn flooring on a tight budget.
For Boards & Committees
Church boards and school committees don't approve vague numbers. We write scopes with product specs, phase options, and firm pricing, so your facilities team can present one document and get a decision.
Working through a capital campaign? We'll phase the bid so each stage stands on its own, and re-price honestly when your budget is committed instead of locking you into last year's number. COI, W-9, and references come with the bid, not after you ask twice.
Our institutional work includes Dawson School and the City of Brighton, and we're glad to put you on the phone with people we've worked for.
Institutional Proof

Tell us about the building and your window. We'll walk it with your facilities team and put a real number in writing.
